4. Ticket Purchases & Payments

  • All fares are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Tickets are valid only for the dates and times shown on the booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations and changes may be subject to fees.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy (provided at checkout).

  • We are not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival at the terminal.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must present valid identification and booking confirmation before boarding.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate passenger and vehicle details when requested.

  • All passengers must comply with safety instructions and crew directions.

7. Vehicles & Cargo

  • Vehicles transported must meet safety and size requirements.

  • Dangerous goods, hazardous materials, and prohibited items are not allowed onboard.

  • The company reserves the right to inspect vehicles and refuse transport if safety regulations are not met.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure safe and timely operations; however, we are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
    Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.
